Requirements:

 

v  Deep knowledge of product functionality, Hardware and Huawei Tools.

v  Perform initial troubleshooting when customer inquiries.

v  Work with BO, use reporting tools according to global processes and procedures.

v  Follow up cases looking for an answer/solution, providing constant information to the customer.

v  Propose and Implement proactively improvements in Escalation procedures.

v  Perform all necessary activities to ensure in service Performance objectives.

v  Telecommunication background, rich experience in 2G/3G/4G/5G project is preferred, Huawei product experience is preferred

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

v  Monitor all the alarms and Escalation as per Criteria.

v  Troubleshoot the issue raised from customer.

v  Compiling the Daily Service Interruption report

v  Open, Handle & close trouble ticket.

v  Follow the issue up to Resolution.

v  Work in all Shifts.

v  Dispatch and guide the Field Engineers for Fault rectifications

v  Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing.

v  Support team leader to participate in all type of Reports.

v  Communication with Field Team for TS

v  Escalation to related TXM Teams

v  Troubleshoot the alarms on daily basis and escalation to BO (If required).

v  Daily report to BO/Customer.

v  Opening tickets for all kind of alarms. 

 

Position Qualifications:

 

v  Knowledge of all RAN Nodes in details.

v  Basic Knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G technologies and familiar with Alarms handling

v  Basic transmission knowledge, able to do level1 Transmission troubleshooting for IP/TDM transmission

v  Alarm Troubleshooting such as VSWR, RTWP etc.

v  Experience on M2000/U2020 and Basic knowledge how to get reports and KPIs from M2000/U2020.

v  Basic knowledge of Performance KPIs.

v  Should know about Hardware of all RAN Nodes.

v  Basic knowledge of all Interfaces related to RAN

v  Basic knowledge of TXM Nodes.

v  Familiar with Huawei Tools.

v  Degree of Telecommunications/Electronics Engineer.

v  Strong Technical Knowledge in the following nodes:

v  Troubleshooting skills.

v  Fast Learning capability and able to work in Shifts 24x7

v  Excellent team spirit with good communication skills.

v  Hands on experience of Microsoft tools for reporting Purposes.

v  Network administration and configuration.

v  Signaling and protocol analysis or definition.

v  Network Certifications will be considered as advantage.
