Position description:
Achieve the Zonal Targets for Sales & Collection
Achieve Sales targets for the new products
Stockist' appointment with the approval of HO
Selection of candidates and vacancy management
Ensure implementation of company strategies in the field
Ensure discipline and good customer services in the zone (s)
Develop key customers for the required range of products
Develop relation rapport with key decision making authorities
Create a competitive advantage for the SBU in capturing newer opportunities.
Team building and people development
Feedback to the Head Office for market activities etc.
Analyze, give direction and monitor processes for output
Conduct Cycle Meetings
Primary Responsibilities:
Generate results in a highly competitive market place.
Educational qualifications preferred
Field specialization: Pharmaceuticals and Drug design
Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy - BPharm, Bachelor of Science - BSc (or) Master of Business Administration - MBA
