We at Adecco are hiring for the position of Sr. Solutions Architect for a leading ITES firm in Delhi and found your profile very impressive given your solid background in the industry.
Designation- Sr. Solutions Architect
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Technical Discussions with prospective customers with the majority being via phone/video with US based customers
- Work closely with the sales team on discovery calls, sales pitches and proposals
- Work collaboratively with prospective customers to develop effective solutions
- Work closely with prospective customers to understand and capture requirements
- Attend proposal presentations with customers alongside members of the sales team
- Provide ongoing technical expertise/support for the customer throughout the implementation of the solution
- Prepare and provide input for technical sections of RFX responses
- Analyze potential opportunities and provide valuable bid/no-bid input
- Manage and build new partnerships in solutions, drive the partners for optimum solutions and pricing
- Organize and support various centers of influence and complimentary service providers
- Demonstrate superior knowledge and execution of the sales process and consistently applying the sales process in pursuits
- Help influence decision makers at the highest levels within any assigned account
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Completed Bachelors/Masters Degree (preferably with a combination of Computer Science and Business)
REQUIRED SKILLS
- At least 5 years of professional working experience in a technical pre-sales role
- Experience developing solutions and strong technical knowledge in any of the following areas: Digital Transformation, Social Intelligence/Analytics, Big Data, Machine Learning, Application/Mobile/Web Development, Cyber Security or Managed Services
- Existing relationships with key technology companies in the above areas enabling us to provide the best in class solutions for our customers and experienced building new partnerships
- Experience developing customized solutions by leveraging key partnerships, internal knowledge and out of the box strategic thinking
- Experienced being involved throughout the entire sales lifecycle from Discovery Call to Close.
- Must have Excellent communication skills
- Must possess excellent presentation skills and be able to lead technical conversations by Phone, Video Conferencing or Face to Face
- Must have the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff in a way that is easy to understand
- Experienced with a complex pursuit process, proposal development and oral presentations that win new business
- Proven experience developing winning solutions for U.S. based clients
- Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding quota
- Must have the ability to listen to the customer and be able to effectively ask the right questions
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and interact with all levels within the organization
- Possess demonstrable selling, negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Passion for Technology and client servicing
- Great Attention to detail
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience leading and building a Technical/Pre-Sales solutions team
- Technology background or ability to discuss and understand client
- Relationships with key IT Decision Makers in the U.S.
- Strong, Professional Social Media Presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Strong passion for new technologies and always looking to gain more knowledge
- Experience servicing and supporting Public and Private Sector clients in the U.S.
- Relevant technology certifications
- MBA
